Immersive Embodiment Facilitator

Designing Transformational Experiences

I create immersive embodiment experiences that shift the internal and relational atmosphere of a space, inviting people into deeper presence, regulation, and connection.

My work is intuitive, sensory-led, and responsive, shaped by the intelligence of each environment rather than a fixed structure.

Embodied Experience Formats

Guided Meditation & Nervous System Regulation

I guide grounded, embodied meditation experiences that support emotional settling and internal clarity. Each session is designed to regulate the nervous system through breath, presence, and somatic awareness.

Sound-Based Embodiment & Relational Attunement

I use sound as a tool for deeper embodiment and relational awareness within group settings. These experiences support the release of tension in the body while cultivating presence and coherence with others.

Immersive Field Experiences

I create curated group environments where sound, presence, and facilitation combine into a unified experiential field. Each gathering is shaped in real time to reflect the energy and needs of the group.

Authentic Relating & Group Field Facilitation

I facilitate relational practices that support honest expression, deep listening, and embodied communication. These experiences move participants out of performance and into direct, present-moment connection.

Guest Facilitation:

I am invited into retreats, festivals, ceremonies, private gatherings, and curated cultural events across international contexts to facilitate embodied, experiential environments.

My facilitation has been offered in a range of settings including birthdays, retreats, weddings, children’s gatherings, schools, non-profit initiatives, community spaces, and ceremonial contexts, including collaborations with Indigenous and land-based communities.

Each engagement is custom-shaped to the intention and architecture of the space, ensuring the experience is seamless, grounded, and attuned to the group.
